Terrible. Ordered the variety pack and the flavor is overwhelming and left sores in my lip. It tastes like nasty chemicals that sloppily get sprayed all over the cotton. As for customer service, when I emailed them and asked for a refund I was completely ignored. I work in a large community revolved around zyn and other alternative nicotine products. I will be sure to let everyone know how terrible this product is..

I really like the product .It helped me quit smoking with ease I recommend it to anyone that wants to quit tobacco.I wish they offered a nicotine free product that tasted the same to get away from the nicotine altogether.
