I was a bit concerned that loose fibers would get annoying and while I do notice them on occasion it’s not too bad. I was also concerned about the usage of polycotton rather than pure cotton, as swallowing small strands of plastic all the time could have carcinogenic or hormone disrupting effects long-term. Even so, I typically use 2mg On! Pouches and was looking for options to reduce my dosage further, as I love the nicotine but the higher the dose the greater the craving, in my experience. At my preferred dosage of 1mg, these pouches provide 5x the value of the packs I usually buy which contain 20 pouches. For now, I’ve not determined whether I will continue with these cotton balls or switch back to On!, but I have 3 more packs to get through and they last a remarkably long time.

I’ve used these for about a year, switching from the more expensive nicotine lozenges. Nice to be able to adjust the dose based on how many you use. Flavor and kick is long lasting.
